What I do

Scale with what's already in the building.

Most businesses don't need more capital first. They need the chairs, hours, stock and staff they already pay for to start earning. I find that slack and turn it into revenue.

Each business gets its own structure. I prefer a retainer tied to revenue, so I win when you do.

  1. OnboardingYou complete a short questionnaire on how the business runs today.
  2. AssessmentI review operations, numbers and unused capacity on site.
  3. Work planA plan with owners, dates and targets, then we execute it together.

Proof of work

Before, the move, after.

Client case studies are added monthly, shared with each owner's sign-off. Names and figures appear only where the client agrees.

The series

Mr M approves. Mr M disapproves.

On X I break down business moves in the news and on the timeline: what the play is, how it makes money, and what an owner should copy or avoid.

Latest verdict

The fatigue approach. Cancelling means another department, another email, the same questions again. The bet is that you give up halfway. It works on the spreadsheet and fails on trust. Make leaving as easy as joining.
